Objective

Energos Infrastructure, under the leadership of CEO Art Regan, was seeking to host a high-profile reception at the Grand Egyptian Museum.

The event planned to celebrate and align with the Egyptian Government’s forward-thinking approach to securing the nation’s energy supply.

The reception needed to:

  • Showcase Egypt’s commitment to long-term energy security.
  • Position Energos as a collaborative partner to the Government, highlighting its agility and expanding fleet of FSRUs.
  • Demonstrate inclusivity by inviting industry peers and competitors — underlining that the focus is on the customer and the country’s energy needs.
  • We aimed for the gathering to create a unique platform for senior-level engagement with government officials, industry stakeholders, and international partners

Solution

We delivered a fully integrated live event supported by our tailored marketing and communication services. This included branded collateral, stage and screen design, name badges, and digital assets to ensure a consistent visual identity throughout the venue.

A professionally produced two minute video and live video links with FSRU captains added technical depth and operational credibility to the programme. Our team provided full event coverage through photography, filming, and soundbite capture, creating high quality content for post event promotion.

All elements were coordinated to reflect Energos’ professionalism, innovation, and commitment to long term partnerships.

Live Event Planning – Our Process and Strategy

Our dedicated project manager oversaw the successful delivery of the event from concept to completion, as well as the marketing and communication services, including:

  • Collateral production and graphic design services
  • Production and filming of a 2 minute video for the event
  • Live link-up at the event with FSRU captains
  • Still photos, filming and soundbite collection of the event for promotional material after the event
  • Names and badges for the event
  • Screensaver for the event
  • Stage layout and design

Our in house creative team developed all visual and digital assets, including event branding, screensavers, stage layouts, and printed materials. This ensured consistency across every touchpoint, from invitations and badges to on stage visuals. Parallel to this, our video team scripted, filmed, and edited a two minute feature video that highlighted Energos’ operations, leadership, and regional role.

On the day, photographers and videographers were positioned strategically to capture keynote speakers, panel discussions, and informal interactions. Our team managed real time coordination between stage management, audiovisual crews, and client representatives, allowing the programme to run smoothly and on schedule.

Post event, all recorded material was edited and packaged for use across Energos’ marketing channels, extending the value of the event beyond the reception itself.

Results

The event successfully delivered a high impact platform for engagement between Energos, government leaders, and industry stakeholders. Attendance from senior decision makers, including the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, reinforced the event’s credibility and strategic importance.

Post event media assets enabled Energos to continue promoting its leadership role in Egypt’s energy sector, supporting ongoing stakeholder communications and investor relations. The reception enhanced brand visibility, strengthened government relationships, and reinforced Energos’ reputation as a collaborative contributor to national energy security.

As a direct result of this success, Energos commissioned a further project focused on ongoing communications support, extending the partnership beyond the live event.
