The challenge
Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) industry costs have been steadily rising, over the last decade, outpacing general oil and gas industry costs.
Venture Global is addressing this cost challenge head-on by driving significant cost reductions on its project developments and passing those savings on to international customers while enhancing operational reliability, safety and efficiency. It was crucial that they found an inspiring and compelling approach to engage with investors, off-takers and the industry as a whole to support investor and gas sales activity. The ongoing support of these key stakeholder groups was crucial to the success of Venture Global’s projects.
The solution
As a start-up Venture Global needed to break through with investors, gas buyers and the industry as a whole. To help them achieve this challenging ambition, Myriad designed a strategy and series of tools that bridged both Virtual and real world application.
Initially Myriad Global were asked to create photorealistic 3D animations of key project developments combining the animation with Ultra-high (4k) resolution drone footage. These were designed to provide a compelling investment case for partners, buyers and investors in the early stages of gas sales and funding.
Based on the success of these first pieces, Myriad were asked to create a full suite of tools to help Venture Global with their roadshows and key industry events. The suite included:
- Re-development and maintenance of the website and content
- Hi-resolution animation, video (filmed worldwide using Myriad’s global network); and time-lapse creating a dynamic platform demonstrating development progress: https://venturegloballng.com
- Touchscreen interactives and digital content for use at exhibitions, industry events and in-training settings.
- Cutting edge VR and blended e-learning solutions for technical training, inductions and HSE awareness.
